Student can Download these Personalized Pre filled Application and submit it to College/University. All the Personal information required for Particular Application is printed on forms and student has to only Enter Fee Details and Put Sign on the Form.

Only Select the Papers for which student required the Photocopy/Verification. (Here all details of Paper with Name of Paper Obtained Marks, Pass/Fail Status is displayed)
      iii) Duplicate Statement of Marks

Select the Event for which Duplicate SOM is required. All details with Exam Seat No, PRN, College Name ,etc is Printed on Application Form

Your Personal Profile can be Updated using this Link. Hence You shall have to secure and maintain the confidentiality. Change the Password Frequently by using My Setting Link available on Top of Home Page.
Student can Update the Profile (Correct Name, any Spelling Mistake, Mobile no, Address, e-mail id) online using e-Suvidha Account. These requests are then confirmed by University after Verification of Documents.
        i) Add Profile Correction Request
Click on Personal Details to correct Name and other Personal Details.
Click on Reservation Details / Qualification Details /
Photograph & Signature to Correct. (As soon as Update Request is received, University Staff will take appropriate action on the Request)
       ii) Update Contact Details
Student has the authority/right to Update his/her Address, Phone no, Mobile no, email id etc directly from Account. No further Verification is done from College/University Side.
      iii) View Request Status
With the Help of this Link Student Can see the Status of Profile Correction Request. It display the message on screen regarding the request showing whether request is Approved or Rejected or Pending.
